cb+coop is run by Matt Mahood from Charlotte, North Carolina. The work spans AI implementation, software engineering, workflow automation, and operations design — usually in the same engagement, because those problems arrive together.

Clients are typically small and mid-sized teams where the process outgrew the tools: a marketplace coordinating deliveries by email, a distributed studio routing every decision through leadership, a non-profit running critical operations from memory.

The engagement model is direct. You work with the person building the system. There is no account layer between the conversation and the code, and nothing is delivered as a slide deck that someone else has to implement.

Everything on this site that looks like a product is a working tool. The Lab runs the same analysis structures used in client work.
